The staff of CRS- Commercial Real Estate Services and Motor City Sprinklers hereafter, Motor City maintenance is a full service brokerage company with over twenty-five years of real estate and property maintenance experience. In the starting of our own commercial real estate company, our goal was to achieve the versatility to properly service and represent local, regional, and national clients. Our clients receive an informed, more personalized service from an experienced proven group of independents, that have experience in real estate sales, leasing, subleasing, lease extensions, landscaping, irrigation- sprinklers, construction management and budget analysis.

In the past 5 years CRS has been providing services for property management, maintenance, sub contracting improvements, and cost improvements to become more active as a full service property management company. Our current portfolio over sees a 30,000 square foot 15 tenant shopping center in Livonia Michigan, a 29,000 square foot 10 tenant shopping center in Detroit, 17-unit condo complex and three rental units in Birmingham, Michigan.

Other Clients are national, regional and local tenants, developers and REITs for which we consult with in obtaining property relating to retail and shopping center leasing. CRS is actively representing a variety of tenants, developers and REITs in projects ranging from 5,500 square feet of retail to 1.3 million square feet of retail.
